On December 23, 2011, South Iredell Fire was dispatched to a vehicle fire on Meadow Oak Drive. Upon arrival, Engine Co. 1 could not find anything. ECOM then advised Engine 1 that the fire was actually on Oak Brook Drive. Upon arrival of Chief 1200 and Engine Co. 1, a golf cart was found fully involved and Engine 1 put an 1-3/4" into service and began fire attack. The incident was put under control after about 10 minutes and all units cleared after approximately 20 minutes.
