US Hwy 21/Mount Bethel Church Rd
Accident with Multiple Pin-In

Wreck on US21 and Mount Bethel Rd head on collision with 1 pin in and 2 entrapments. North Iredell Rescue, Harmony Fire, Iredell Rescue and EMS worked together to free all victims so that they could be flown out to a trauma center to treat their injuries. There was 4 helicopters involved 1 from Baptist and 3 from CMC.
