Multiple Vehicle Accident

 Mooresville EMS, Mooresville Rescue, Mt. Mourne Fire, and Davidson Fire were dispatched to this 10-50 PI on I-77 NB just North of the 33. Upon arrival, Mt. Mourne units found that 7 vehicles were involved in the accident with 3 minor injuries. Traffic was shut down on I-77 for a short time due to the location of vehicles and the investigation by SHP. Mt. Mourne units cleared after about 1.5 hours on scene.

The wreck occurred on September 8, 2008 around 9:15am.
