These pictures are from a Motor Vehicle Crash involving a
Tractor Trailer on NC Hwy 9 in Polk County just north of the Green Creek Fire
Department. 9/3/2007 approximately 4:14pm
We thought it was power lines as you can see there were lines everywhere but I
actually believe it was a low hanging phone line was the final determination.
The Driver had to be extricated by the Fire Department and was Air Lifted by
Regional - One helicopter from Spartanburg, SC
