T-Bone Accident - Entrapment
Perth Church Rd/Fern Hill Rd

An side impact accident with injuries at intersection.  The patient was entrapped in his vehicle with visible shoulder injuries.  The patient was extracted and taken to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center to be flown out by helicopter to Charlotte.  Rescue workers removed the door, having problems with the other shell being fiberglass.  After door was removed, patient was extracted and transported.
