House Fire

The fire was at 155 Wilson Lake Rd off Perth Church Rd outside of  Mooresville.  The alarm came in at 12:06am and was reported to be fully involved.  The first unit on scene was the Chief of Shepherds Fire Dept who confirmed it was a working house fire. I was on the scene shortly after the Chief and  first truck from Shepherds Fire Dept arrived.  The 3 story house was fully involved with flames coming through the roof.  Units from Shepherds Fire Dept, Troutman Fire Dept, Lake Norman Fire Dept, Mooresville Fire Dept, Mooresville Rescue, and Iredell County Sheriff Dept responded to the scene.  Wayside Fire & Mt Mourne Fire depts. were put on standby for the other departments.  The house is vacant and for sale.  Original calls said the homeowners may have still been in the residence, but it was determined that the house was vacant.  I took quite a few of Mooresville's Platform Truck as we don't often get to work with it.
