Young man traveling on Welcome-Arcadia road in Arcadia, lost
control of his car. Car hit the tree and was pinned in for a while. Air care was
not unavailable to fly this day due to the weather. Had to call a tow truck in to
pull the car off the tree so firefighters and EMS could cut the man free. Young
man was breathing and not alert when extracted.
