Rear End Collision - Multiple Injuries

This accident occurred on Davie Ave. 4/28/10 at about 7:15 am. Upon arrival, we found an entrapment along with 5 PI. Iredell Rescue performed the extrication while Iredell EMS and Nucare took care of the other patients. Statesville Fire took care of a gas leak due to the rear end damage. SFD, SPD, Iredell Rescue, and Nucare responded to this incident.
