The vehicle was clocked at a high rate of speed and possibly was trying to elude the police officer when the driver lost control and hit a dirt bank, then losing control hit a power pole, breaking it and pulling wires down for about 1/10 of a mile.  The ambulance coming in was caught in the wires for a short time.  The patient appeared to have a broken nose from the air bag deployment.  Power was knocked out in the area.
