Vehicle vs. Tree

A vehicle going to fast through a turn lost control and the driver hit a tree, being ejected from the vehicle.   He was thrown into the woods and the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road.  Units from Shepherds Fire, Mooresville Rescue, Iredell County Sheriff Dept, and NC State Patrol were on scene.


The patient was loaded to go to the hospital.

Rear end of car torn about off.


Heavy damage to front of vehicle.


Fire/rescue units stand by until ambulance leaves.


Front bumper is in the tree - Tree hit about 4 feet up.
