Accident - Chase on Icy Road

The chase involved numerous police cars chasing a suspect for unknown reason on icy roads. Two police vehicles skidded off the roadway, one officer incurring injuries. The suspect vehicle was T-boned by a patrol officer and knocked off the roadway.
