Derek is a member of Catawba and West Iredell Fire Departments.  He was injured in a vehicle accident while leaving an
arson related grass and woods fire on March 24th, 2007 and was paralyzed from the chest down.  Derek is now at home but requires around the clock care and is having various medical conditions due to his paralyzes. 

All money raised goes to the Derek Poole Trust Fund

Donations can be made to the Derek Poole Trust Fund at any People Bank
